Merry Christmas!

Christmas this year was at the Yewnique household. The six of us plus two very special guests.

Had to make the cheesecake by hand because our blender died.  And then, had to change from a chilled cheesecake recipe to a baked one because I found out after all the shops were closed that we had no more gelatine – an essential ingredient for setting chilled cheesecakes. Yes, I have a problem with planning.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!  May all that you do be motivated by love and may it shine for all to see.

About yewnique

I am a Malaysian-born woman who is married to an Australian and now live in Melbourne, Australia. I am a mother to four children. I home school. I like reading, writing, and cooking -- not necessarily in that order. I care about grammar and spelling, but am nonchalant about the Oxford Comma. I try to follow Christ's teachings.
